How can I hide the children of an extra?

Featured Replies

Hello, pretty simple question: How can I hide children of any given extra? for example, the default police/sheriff cars have 2 extras, 1 for each lightbar. When one of the extras on the default police/sheriff cars are hidden, the children of that extra are also hidden. How can I do this?

If they're all set up correctly in the model hierarchy, they should be hidden along with the extra in the first place, so I suggest looking into that aspect of vehicle modeling.

It was all setup in the heirarchy correctly but I fixed it anyway
