Have either of you saved your game (like via the phone) as a character/ped other than Michael Franklin or Trevor?

I have, but I still get the endless loading screen. I left and came back 30 minutes later and it was still at the loading screen. 

That's your issue. You have to delete your Rockstar Games folders from your documents & appdata (local).

 

It won't delete your game. But when you save as an outside ped it corrupts your game save

Ima need some help in deleting that.... new to PC so not sure where to look

Where do you delete it from, documents?
