Basically what the title says. I'm not so sure why its not starting. I'm using steam, I've unistalled and deleted all files from the GTAV folder and Rockstar folder I'm also launching the game without using Ragehook and it's still not working. I've added logs on both Social club and GTAV. Anyone know how to fix this?
