I've searched the Computer+ wiki for the API , but its out of date presumably becuase the mod has been updated alot since then. 

 

I cannot find any tutorials on how to create a computer + callout description when one of my callouts spawn, so any help with how to do it would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately that doesnt work for me, so I need specific code for the latest update.

The updates didn’t modify the callout integration API. Make sure to go through the wiki. It explains everything in depth.
