Hi everyone there , as above stated . is there any police officer here playing LCPDFR . how do you think of it . Is what in LCPDFR is what you are doing in everyday life policing .

Can any police officer share what are your main policing duties

In no way is LCPDFR close to real life law enforcement, LOL. I'm not a police officer, but everyone knows that. Yes, the mod tries to simulate a law enforcement job, but it in real life it's not like that. Do you think that police officers fly through traffic doing 120 mph+ to chase someone in the middle of the street? No, only on the freeways, which is what the California Highway Patrol is known for, high speed chases that usually are deadly. Also, your backup doesn't come flying directly at you trying to hit you. O.o

Remember, it's a game, not real life.

i know that. actually i create this Topics is to find out more about policing job .

Because i think the policing in US is different from UK , HK , Singapore .

in Singapore , we will do the following duties

1. Spot Check - such as checking Identify card to deter any ppl from commiting Crime .

2. Conduct several patrol technique . Such as high visibilty Patrol , deterrence patrol , Anti crime patrol and etc

LCPD:FR is entertaining, but that's it. As a LEO training tool - HELL NO! As a good way of relieving stress - skin designs in my case, yes.

He's not comparing the mod to real life police work...he's just asking if anyone here on these forums is a police officer in RL, and asking if THEY can give him tips
