The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Whenever I load LSPDFR, it eventually crashes without a crash report and shows this image.

I've loaded it without the mods folder, and it still fails to load. I deleted my regular x.64e file, with still no avail.

Did you not have copys? i'm assuming you're trying to load regular gta v but have modded files still.
