Hello i want to edit a open car mod and i watching video tutorials but i can't undertand some things..

Because in my contry literally no one is dedicated to making police vehicles mods and some cops car of here are really good, i would like to start getting into that

 

1- What is .yft and _hi.yft ? Why that 2 models ?

 

2- which one should i modify? .yft or _hi.yft?

 

3- in els config i see that L0 L1 L2 and L3 what is that?

 

4- and why thats L1, L2 etc need to be compressed??

 

I hope you answer me in order so i don't get lost..
