Uploads Stuck at Random Percentage

So I go to upload a 100mb or so file to misc. mods, and it gets to about 8%, and gets stuck there. No -200 notification or error message, just stuck there. 

So to see if it's the file, I go to upload a 4mb file to vehicle textures. Same thing. This time around 20%.

 

Is it a problem on my end or something with the site?

 

For reference if it's a server problem or something I live in Richmond, VA, USA.

Did this fix itself for you? I'm noticing you've uploaded a few files since.

Yes. I think the issue was I edited the title/description while it was uploading.
