Hey everyone while im playing lspdfr say i get done with a car chase, after they get out of the vehicle when i point my gun/taser at them they will still run. No matter the situation no person will stop/freeze and put their hands up. They either run or attack me. Even if i tazer them they still will keep running. I keep my dot pointed on them seems like forever but they wont stop. The only person i have arrested successfully so far is a random podestrian on the street lol. Can anyone help me with this please? you have to hold down "E" or "DPADRIGHT" to initiate the stop.

Holding down e deff helps when  i had them at gun point. Its such a hassle though useing my xbox controller and finding the E key at the same time lol. But holing down the DPADRIGHT only brings up the back up menu. I thought just as long as this person was a "suspect" than they would atomatically surrender.

NVM got it. Had it a little confused. Im useing the xbox controller. So when i pull someone over i hit A. If i have to arresst someone I aim and pres RDPAD. But do i have to hold the DPAD while having them at gnpoint or can i just hit it once and they will understand?

after you've initiated the 'takedown' and they put their hands up/go on the floor you no longer need to aim at them, wait till they are on the floor. just hold down the button on your controller which you used to 'takedown' and it will go to arrest them, it'll show a bar similar to the takedown expect this one will be blue.
