The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, I install lspdfr, as I have done before but now, the symbol shows up but I can't enter the police station and "ForceDuty" doesn't work either. any suggestions?

check your rageplugin settings ( hold down shift double click .exe file )

 

are you loading any plugins on start up? also do you have any checked boxes like direct11?
