Last fall, I bought a brand new computer. Not long before that, I had drifted away from GTA IV. I still have a few friends who play it and I decided I want to get back into it, so I have reinstalled it, and reverted it back from the past few updates. I have mods installed and the game works, but when I try and install an ENB, the game won't even start. It's not that it crashes, or it takes time. It doesn't start at all. Doesn't even launch. I was thinking it was the particular ENB, but I've tried 4 different ENB's and they do the same thing.

 

Has anyone had this issue, or know any kind of solution?
