The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey guys, my friend and I just got this mod and love it. We would just like to know how to do multiplayer with it because that was our main intention. If anyone can tell me where to go and what to download that'd be great. Thanks

    LSPDFR multiplayer is not a thing.  The GTA V multiplayer you see is fivem, a completely separate mod that is essentially a bootleg GTA Online.
