I want to be able to run LSPDFR and at least 10 other plugins at 30 FPS. (maybe even an ENB)

Are the recommended system requirements on the GTA 5 Steam page good enough?:

• Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHz (8 CPUs)
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD 7870 2GB

As in operating system?

Windows 10 Pro

shouldn't have any issues i've seen it run on worser systems, try looking up your components on youtube & seeing the benchmarks for them to try and get an idea how the game will run.

I kind of meant that if I had what the Steam requirements recommended, could I run mods?

Then yes you can but there is more stuff going on in the game so it will run but there is a chance of FPS drops and a bit of lag. So I would recommend everything the be a little better. So intel i5 4000+, 8 ram is ok and NVIDIA GTX 700+.

that gtx 700 is going to be a huge problem. but it doesnt matter what you run, LSPDFR is a very very demanding game, so there will always be lag but definetly upgrade your graphics card

I personally run on a gtx 1070 but yeah your right, probably gonna need a better card then 700.

Guess this means I'll have to get an income higher than $60 a month
