The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I just started using LSPDFR and after watching youtubers conduct traffic stops and so forth, I must ask, how do I make people not pull over in the middle of the road? I noticed the text box saying to sound my horn and they will pull further off, but when I do, they just drive in a straight line endlessly.

Download Albo1125's Traffic Policer mod and install it. It will let you be able to control where the AI pull over with either ctrl - q or ctrl - w.

It's either that mod or his Arrest Manager mod. I would confirm, but I am too lazy to check.
