The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I was able to download LSPDFR & certain add on & they work great, certain mods I download don't show up in a file but instead have the GTA5 logo but with the mod name so when I click on it, it starts GTA5. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you not have an RAR extractor? Likw Winzip, or winRAR.
