What do you mean about RPH Console in-game or logs? Sorry btw im new.

And can you tell me which file in it?

Mine is doing the same thing, as soon as I install LSPDFR+ with Traffic Policer 6.14.1.2 and Arrest Manager 7.9.1.0.  Everything loads fine but when I go on duty I get a notification saying LSPDFR plugin stopped working.

Make sure you download the RPH51orhigher version of the files. Also, check RageHookPlugin version (0.62) and even re-download Albo.Common 6.6.0.0.dll

Also try with this tool.
