Been trying to solve this for a good while now but I can't figure it out. My trainer (enhanced native) does not have Police Ignore activated.

 

 

i had this problem too, its your trainer, make sure you have "police ignore you" and "police dont dispatch" turned off. if that doesnt work, reinstalling the whole trainer worked for me.
