I've been trying to download Los Santos Police Gang Unit for the past 2 days. I can't seem to find pedprops.rpf  . I see ped_mugshot_txds.rpf.

 

It would be great if someone can help me.

 

Instructions:

 

To install simply startup OpenIV and place s_m_y_blackops_01.ytd into x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
and s_m_y_blackops_01_p.ytd goes into x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf

With a mod folder place s_m_y_blackops_01.ytd into mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
and s_m_y_blackops_01_p.ytd goes into mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf

Uh...I'm a tad bit confused.  Just follow the instructions, they point it out.  The line I bolded is what you need to do.

I had the same error, you have to go to OpenIV in the GTAV folder and you get x64e.rpf at the bottom, then you go there, to models, to cdimages and you will find peddrops.rpf, it will come out that you can copy it to the folder of mods, or just copy the entire x64e.rpf to the mods folder.
