I've been away from the game for awhile and am getting back into modding. I've noticed the original folder I had my CVPI and Charger in (Police2 & Police3) isn't being used anymore. My question is - where the hell do I install police cars now?

If i search "police2.yft" I get like 4 different locations now. (patchday1, patchday3, etc)

Always in the latest patchday (currently 18 in my game).

The latest patchday that has police2 is patchday3. Are you saying you put your police cars in patchday18?

Yes, replacements go in the latest patchday. GTA reads through all of them and uses the model from the latest place it finds. So if you have the same model in say, patchday3 , patchjday 5, and payday 12, then GTA will show the one in game from patchday 12.
