So I typically like to play the game with the time set to night. This means that my headlights are on. ELS on the (XB1) controller has the black out button set to the "A" button. The issue I have run into is that LSPDFR also uses the "A" button to initiate a traffic stop. So everytime I go to pull a car over my car goes into black out mode. I would like to remap the ELS controls to either delete Black-Out or remap it to the "X" controller button. 

 

I have been in the .ini file to try and remap it myself however, it uses the actual button numbers (forgive my terminology) like "A" is 220. I know nothing about this stuff can someone please help me?

You can't remap controller buttons.   The control section is for keyboard.
