I've been trying to figure out why when I have ELS lights activated it turns off my headlights. On some cars it both headlights or just one, or the tail lights or just one tail light. When ELS lights are off all the head lights and tail lights work fine.

This is due to the ELS VCF files, located in GTAV\ELS\pack_default You can edit those to your likings. The person who made the vehicle has this turned of in the file.

It's just the settings of the vehicle you downloaded.

Doubtful, before I updated gta to the latest version everything worked fine. I updated then all of a sudden headlights and taillights on all els vehicles get messed up. Sometimes one taillight will come off and the other will stay on, sometimes both will come off. Headlights are a complete mess when stage 3 is activated as well.

ELS uses ScripthookV.  This has to updated to the newest GTA5 update.  No ETA.

ScriptHook has been updated if that doesn’t work go to your asi manager uninstall all the ASIs reinstall them and restart your PC hopefully this helps!
