    It's all set I just installed a different model.

    I had this same problem before and did exactly what you recommended. I cant do it now because I dont have NVR installed, so I just tried different models until I found one that didn't do what is in the picture.

    I'm sorry, I totally forgot what I did exactly to fix it. 

     

    This is what they told me, and I replied saying I love you guys so it might have worked lol.
