Help fixing addon vehicles

I'm trying to fix some errors in NefariousBonne's vanilla pack. I've solved a lot of issues, but there are two things I'm stuck on. Thanks for any help.

 

Firstly, the pranger's takedown lights are facing the wrong direction. The light itself is correct:

But the beam is illuminating out the back. I've tried rotating, then flipping the extra without luck, but I don't really know what I'm doing. How do I rotate the beam while keeping the light itself facing the right way?

 

Secondly, the police5 and police6 models are crashing the game in the loading screen. I've tried loading each of them independently to confirm that they are both not working. I am using a modified gameconfig, and the other addon vehicles are working fine. As far as I can tell, the manifests are fine, so I could use additional pairs of eyes:

As it turns out, a faulty gameconfig was responsible for the problems with police5 and police6. However, there are still several vehicles on which the takedowns are illuminating out the wrong end. I copied this vehicle's lightbar directly from a vehicle with normally functioning takedowns and just moved it into place, but they're suddenly backwards only on this new vehicle:

Another thread talking about them problem said that rotating the dummy did work, but there must be something I'm doing wrong in that regard.
