Help ME gtav.exe Steam crash when i start ragehook

Im so frustrated men, i buy gta v only for play lspdfr on steam and its crash !!!!!!!!

 

1- i copy all the files of lspdfr manual install on gta v steam folder.

2- i copy all the files of ragehook on the same folder.

3- i copy all files of ELS on the folder.

 

When i start ragehook gta v crash immediately. on "hooking game instance" and its finally crash ragehook with " insufficient permissions" 

 

i already added the gta v steam folder on exlusions of avast and disable the "shields" of avast for an 1hour to start the ragehook and i got the same problem!!!

 

please man respond, i payd for the game and i cant play it with lspdfr!! 

 

I have installed the lasted update of all.

UPDATE: finally i fix the issue, i tried everything and nothing worked, my PC did not format it a long time ago and who knows the files ".dll" that i had, when I thought about that, I said, that's the problem, i format the pc, and gtav.exe not crash anymore when i open rage hook. apparently, file conflict who save what was on the local disk C: haha
