Hi this is what shows when i load rage hook and i already disabled my antivirus and deleted the other ones and also restarted few times but keep getting this message 

 

"Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer."

I verified both ragepluginhook and the gtav game through cmd and i also went into steam and verified the game but it's still not woring
