The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have this weird glitch where my pursuit backup (both called and auto AI backup that joined) keeps turning siren on and off. Does anyone know how to fix it? (ELS not installed)

Sounds to me like one of your LSPDFR plugins might be conflicting.  I'm not sure which, unfortunately.  I'd check the INIs of all your plugins.

    Update: I tried removing all of the plugins for LSPD:FR but the glitch still occurs. I will try to look further into the problem.
