How to stop constantly opening rear doors?

In the stock LSPDFR you're able to press E to remove an arrested suspect from the back of your vehicle. The problem is that this feature will let you open any and all back doors of both police and civilian vehicles, regardless if a suspect is in the back or not.

This causes a problem for me because the key to navigate the traffic stop menu is E and the key to open the door is also E. So when I'm trying to talk to pedestrians after they've stepped out of their vehicle, my character is constantly walking around their car opening doors (or whatever the case may be) This very annoying and a total nuisance and I don't think the mechanics were intended to behave this way. I would like to know if there is a way to change or unbind this key to anything other than E.
