I'm attemping to use custom mapping for the new Spotlight that just came out, but the only problem is whenever I use NUMPAD 4 I hear my officer say something through his megaphone. Is there a way to disable they keys so I don't have to listen to him ramble on when using the spotlight?

You can use SNT to change your voice to another model such as Niko, under model spawning, and then voices. That stops the majority of all speech, however it also stops your character from saying anything at all.
