Ragepluginhook/Installing vehicles

Hi so I wanted to download new vehicles.But before that I installed the new version of gta 5 which is 1.0.1365(I havent played in weeks) So when I want to add vehicles I do everything the right way.But when I go ingame I press f4 then type spawn police.It spawns the normal crown victoria. Please someone help me.And I delete dinput8 because I had a problem when I'm stuck on the loading screen that says (waiting game window) So I watched a you tube video who said delete dinput8 so I deleted and It worked but now I cant install vehicles.

Zayoody im going through somewhat the same issue when you add or replace vehicles in the new update i havent found the proper patchday for vehicles best thing to do is wait till someone finds a solution

Do you have NaturalVision Remastered?
