The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when in game, and only when on duty, ill be running with shift and press 'R' to reload, and when i do that, it crashes and sends me to my desktop.

it's happend to me too, it's a bad callout/plugin that you installed recently.
try to remember which one it was, and delete it.

i thought it was my foot pursuit aid from albo, but i deleted that, the only other one i could think would be ktfdo(keep the F*****door open)
