So I figured out how to export vehicles properly. But they're not any good tutorials on this one topic I need help with, and that is how to make a Non-ELS Vehicle and get the lightbar to work.

 

I looked on YouTube and there were no good tutorials, only one I found was by someone but it was ripping from someone else's work, and I want to make vehicles from scratch.

 

Much help is appreciated!
