no but you can download an arjent crown vic and place the texture on it by beren with minor modifications, not many people on here are wanting to do California stuff for some odd reason

zmod is for modeling cars and paint.net or whatever you choose is for textures

Model is similar to many in the Southern States, with the above linked editor you could do the minor " Riverside County " Addition below the Sheriff's Department Logo itself, it would not be too hard if you use a pre-existing model and just make a small edit.
