The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello everyone! Please forgive me if I am totally blind. The Documentation says there is an LSPDFR guide right here on the website but I cannot for the life of me find it. Google isn't helping and I admit I'm really good at not being able to find things right in front of me. I'm just trying to get into it and learn it. Can anyone help?

 

PS: Totally unrelated, can anyone tell me the speed trap mod used in this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvHdaFlfqsQ
