The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LCPDFR is not installing - but no error messages...

Strange. I have done 2 clean installs of GTAV. I installed all LCPDFR files (manually), latest RagePluginHook file,  WITHOUT any plugins. But when I go to launch the game via the Rage icon, it goes through the usual loading page but it's missing the white text that displays all the files being loaded. When it enters the game, F4 doesn't work and it never says LCPDFR is installed. 

 

But I'm not getting any error messages.  What happened?

    You would've gotten help had you not posted in the LCPDFR for GTA IV forum.  Go into Rage's settings and check forced directx 11, forced windowed mode.
