Ive just bought GTA 4 for pc and I was wandering do I need to complete the game in order to play LCPDFR?

No, you don't need to. But sometimes you might get 911 callouts out of the 1st island to the places you yet can't acess.

I installed LCPDFR when i was half way thru the game and when i reinstalled GTA4 i got a mod that had the game completed so i can access all places . Now i see that i can do the missions over as if i was starting the game over but when i start a mission the game crashes back to the desktop. i have post the report on the other posts and am having trouble still. im new to this so i dont know allot of ins and outs.

please help

I have removed the LCPDFR from the scripts folder to the desktop and then ran the game as a admin. Should i delete this folder?? As soon as i start any mission the game crashes to the desktop????

please help
