Usually I have like 110 FPS on high-very high(vanilla) but when I start the mod and its callouts I get 30 fps

It really need to be at 30 fps bcs of too much plugins and callouts 

You need to go through your callouts and check which ones haven't been updated to work with the newest version of RPH and GTAV

 

The 2 I see right off the bat (1 is outdated by a few years and the other wasn't made for LSPDFR 0.3.1)

 

MoreCallouts and Wilderness Callouts

 

Especially MoreCallouts was designed for LSPDFR 0.2b not 0.3.1

 

Wilderness Callouts 

 

You should remove those and go through your other callouts and check for compatibility issues.

THX now I took ur advice bcs I didn't understand first time

you have keep calm, it massively drops the performance down, get rid of it and install make peds calm again instead.

I done it now I have 45 in city and 55 in bc

How my pc will do with my mods up there and VisualV ??
