I am having difficulties with my els lights. They show as blobs. I have radiance as well as visual great again. In my setting everything is turned to high and very high. I have reinstalled ELS and replaced the .vcf files for the car. The rest of the lights are bright.

Please clarify "the rest of the lights are bright".  What lights?

make sure your post fx is set to ultra, that seemed to help my lights. otherwise make sure you go into visualsettings.dat and search for car.default, then look for car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on, change that setting to 6000.00 for day, and 1500.00 for night. Hope that helps you like it did me

Hold on a second, don't do what he advises just yet.  You said headlights and taillights, so those are the only ones with a problem?  All other lights are fine?

I fixed it. i appreciate the help... i made a error
