The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

No worries. Then get a new copy of that file :) Search for it in the download section and you will find it.  

(It’s a file albo1125 distributes together with his plugins.)
