The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Have not played lspdfr in 2 months so I'm behind on updates. However this is new. None of my cars light bars and other lights except for thye brake light function anymore. I went in trainer and made sure I did not have window tint on but still my lights don't work. What can I check.

    Did your game update at all? If so, ELS might not be running and you might need to update scripthook v etc. in order for ELS to actually run in the first place. 

     

    If not, make sure to check in the vehicles.meta and makes sure the tint is not set to some weird color.
