I put both the config file and .dll in my scripts folder in gta4 directory, I started up the game as normal and my strobe's won't work? I looked in the config and everything is turned on so that's not the problem. I have els by the way, please help? even if you don't know the direct problem, if theres anything that "could" be stopping it from working id like to hear it. thanks in advance!
