I have radiance v very bright and the light are still very bad as you can tell from the screenshots i tried many things and it still not very great and i want it to be like the 3rd screenshot Thanks

Pause the game and go into GTAX  V pause menu settings.  Look for PostFX and Shaders, set both to high or above.

What do you mean you can't find it in the police station?  As in not spawned?  Use a trainer or the Rage console to spawn it.

Even if i still spawn it from the trainer it will spawn the gta version i dont know why it doesnt work i spawned police 3 and i put a ford utilty for police 3 and spawns the one in the picture how

Put the Explorer files in your newest patchday, that one can be defined by the highest number. For example, patchday16.

it still spawned the gta 5 version of police 3

Are you using a mods folder?  and what is the exact path you're using?

sorry for not reponding i use the _mod file not the purple mod file and the highlighted picture is the exact path i go to the vehicle.rpf thanks for the help

Don't use patchday3, use patchday17.

The vehicles you're replacing do not have to be in the patchday for it to work.  If you place them there it'll work just fine. :)

That's because your mods folder is still named _mods

 

The _ in front disables the folder.  Remove _ so you just have mods

Why do you have 2 mods folders?  You should only have one.

 

Which one has all your mods in it?  That's the one you keep, delete the other. 

Go into shader quality, change to high or very high or whatever...
