Cursor moves without mouse motion.

Not a huge problem, more annoying than anything.

It only occurs for a few minutes after playing a game (PUBG, LSPDFR etc) or while playing the game, the movements are not fast or sudden but instead slow and only move a few cm's across the screen before stopping and then repeating the same movement.

Just wondering why this could be happening and if their is anyway to prevent it.

yes

Have you got any other controllers plugged in? I've had problems with my Xbox 360 controller affecting my joystick, mouse and keyboard controls (and vice versa) on older games, but I've never had it happen in GTA V.

I don't use controllers as when I have the camera movements with the right joystick on the controller are not smooth, had the problem with the cursor moving before trying a controller so I don't know if this could be related.
