I left GTA V modding scene(LSPDFR) Because as bad as GTA IV was, GTA V had potiential and seemed like we were just cutoff, so much hard work to get so few things working. spent, days, getting scripts setup, and vehicles to only spawn, everything from fire, ems, to police had a zone. So much headache made me leave. Is it still similar, or has the community been able to streamline somewhat the process?

Script modifications are fairly easy, just read the readmes and extract places in the right places.

OpenIV is still a little clunky, but isn't too difficult to master.

 

I'd say it's around the same, if not slightly easier for GTA V.
