The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

in better ems when i call for them my fbi2 shows up as a first responder/ fire response sometimes any fix to this?

That's intended.  Your FBI2 will respond with a red color (if unmarked) and act as either the Chief or EMS supervisor and help the paramedics.  You can either remove this vehicle or change it in the XML documents that come with the BetterEMS folder.

yea it does not show up red it shows up black like my fbi truck
