So I just now updated since the last steam game update back in December and with the latest rage hook and scripthook the game stays at the load screen. What am I missing?

Did you update the update.rpf within the mods folder?

Forgot. Did it  and now it works, I do this every time

 

@Kallus Before I royally screw this up again... can you please explain that procedure to delete and replace? Wanna make sure I get the correct deleted, etc. on the first try. Thank you!

Go into your mods folder and delete update.rpf.

 

Now go into the vanilla update.rpf and click "edit mode" in OpenIV.  You should see a red box notifying you that you're in the vanilla folders and a suggestion to create that path in the mods folder.
