The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

GTA5 LSPDFR seems to work fine..EXCEPT...no Rage console.  I start up the game with RagePluginHook..it loads fine as near as I can tell.  But once in game, F4 does not do anything.    Any help would be appreciated.

Also, Direct X11 is being forced in Rage settings.

I had this issue too.. I went into rage settings by holding shift when launching. Then I went to the "Game settings tab" Check  the boxes that say "forced windowed mode" and "borderless window" this seemed to fix the issue for me! 

LSPDFR has kept me busy for about 539 hours of my life so far! Still can't create plugins 😛 Thanks for everyone's hard work on this!

I had the issue, and as said above, I solved it by holding or spamming shift before the Rage launcher actually launches the game (when it has that little menu on)

Tried it...still no luck.

 

Note:  During all of my troubleshooting, I noticed one odd thing.  When you do as you both stated and hold shift as Rage is starting, you come to the settings menu.  It has a box that says "Console Key:"  and says F4.   When I have highlighted the F4, then pressed my F4 key, it shows an upper case N in the box, instead of F4.  However, I have tried many different keys, several of which don't display in the window correctly either. But some do.   Just wondering if anyone else's does the same thing when they try to manually enter a different key for the "Console Key". Also have reloaded keyboard driver just in case that was the issue, but no change.  And....I have tried pressing every key on my keyboard to see if any of them work with no luck.

All of the above suggestions should have worked... I assume you have everything downloaded correctly? Try starting fresh and do what was suggested above??

I have started fresh several times, i have reinstalled GTA5 once, I have re-downloaded and installed all mods several times. I have downloaded and installed Rage exactly as instructed, heh..numerous times. Not sure why I thought continuing to bang my head over and over was going to change anything.  But oh well.. 

 

Would it help to know that neither the Rage Console, or the EUP console comeup?  

I have disabled both the Game Bar, and Game DVR in Win 10.

 

I should note, that I did have the RAGE console prior to reinstalling GTA5.

 

But after the install, no more console.

 

I guess I will just keep trying different things, until i get it back.

UPDATE - FIXED..

 

So it ends up a very simple fix.  I had to turn on my FLock (function key lock) on my keyboard.

 

(Not sure why, and have never had to touch that key in decades of gaming.  With my previous install of GTA 5 I didn't need to do that either, but when I reinstalled GTA 5 and everything else, apparently something changed. And now I do.)

 

I hope this helps someone else.
