I cant get my rageplugin to work it loads but windows says stopped working then closes it. Im not sure what to do any advice?

I dont have a crash log I couldnt get my rage started

You've provided very minimal information so it's extremely difficult to narrow down what could be causing your issue.

 

What happens when you try to start rage, does an error message popup at all?  

Do you have the latest version of Rage installed? 

Do you have the latest version of scripthook installed?

Have you updated to the latest version of GTA V?

Does your GTA V start normally without rage?

When was the last time you were able to boot the game successfully?

The game boots normally with out rage and I just got the game yesterday

No error message appears other than windows saying rageplugin has stopped

Lastest version of rage is installed

And lastest scripthook is installed

Newest copy of GTA is installed

Try running rage as admin. You can do this by right clicking on RAGEPluginHook and run as admin. See if it works

I keep trying that and get no change

Update your C++ 2015 version ... I had the same issue, updated and it seems to have fixed it for me.

Re-install LSPDFR and re-install the latest RAGEhook, and it magically worked for me after that.

 

If still not working, run this troubleshooter .. might help.

 

Please check that you don't have Windows 10's "Game Mode" switched on. In the Settings app, this is under the Gaming category.
