The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Après plusieurs jours de recherches infructueuses, je pense avoir trouvé la solution empêchant des milliers d'entre nous d'utiliser ce mods.
Si vous avez le message Rage "Could not hook game process etc.", il suffit de désactiver Windows Smart screen dans les panneaux de configuration.
Cela à fonctionner pour moi et je peux désormais pleinement profiter de LSPDFR.
Je n'ai jamais trouvé de réponse alors j'espère que cette méthode vous permettra d'en profiter !!

I think I have found the solution preventing thousands of us from using this mods.
If you have the message Rage  "Could not hook game process etc.", just disable "Windows Smart screen" in the configuration panels.

This issue has been solved since RPH team released RPH version 0.59 & 0.60
