The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have a very peculiar problem. When i launch the game,with latest version RPH and LSPDFR,it works just fine. When I go on duty,play for some time,then exit the game,it is still OK. But,when I try to launch the game again,RPH gives an "Slow system or insufficient permissions",and fails to hook. No matter what I do,reinstalling RPH,LSPDFR,even the whole game,it gives this error until I restart my PC. If anyone has any idea,that would be great!

Try to run GTAV on window borderless mode (force it through RPH settings)
