I can’t seem to get on lspdfr.com. Keeps popping up like this. Any solution I can try.

Looks to me like the site isn't loading fully for you.  Do you have another browser?  If so, try accessing LSPDFR from there and see if the same thing happens.  Could be that Chrome doesn't have something enabled.

Found the issue. It was that my cp clock was a week behind and was not validating browser security certificate. 

I have a seam problem please help I try to enter from my browser it seam problem even from mobile I enter its come seam problem and some time not working please help for that

Not work in google chrome and I use anther laptop seam problem i open in phone sometime work some time no that problem fro website because I use with all laptop it's seam problem 

There is an issue that will cause this for a tiny proportion of users. We're working on a fix.

As an update, we're continuing to work on this problem, but for now if you are using the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome or Edge, this will work around the problem. This will take us a little while to fix as it involves restructuring one of our automated processes.

The Internet Explorer, stock Android browser and Samsung mobile browser and outdated Firefox/Chrome are the only browsers that will be affected by this fault.

This should now be fixed.
